At Eternal Stoke, we stand behind the quality and purpose of every product we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at Using the Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover shipping.

  • For other returns, shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
